Abstract (English):
Co-eventfulness is a potential basis for corporate training in modern conditions. Corporate education operates as a system in the area of company’s interests with adult learners of different professional skills and levels. The context of corporate training needs to take into account the ability of the trainee to choose a particular training program, design their own education roadmap, and control their training activities. Directive measures often prove ineffective with adult trainees. As a result, useful education programs are unclaimed or become a formality. Since corporate education is practice-oriented, such a situation disrupts the system of continuous corporate education. The authors applied the phenomenon of co-eventfulness to contemporary corporate training, which is aimed at adult trainees with different qualifications. The structure of co-eventfulness in management and corporate workforces was well described by Mary Parker Follett, Paul Hersey, and Kenneth Blanchard. A survey of trade personnel (n = 153) was conducted to test the applied understanding of co-eventfulness in corporate training and provided with case studies.
