The article describes the theory and practice of using pedagogical modeling and pedagogical design in the structure of vocational training of future PE teachers and sport coaches. Pedagogical modeling is considered as a method of scientific research and a means of introducing new solutions for socialization and self-realization problems. The quality of verbal-logical models is determined by the quality of the person’s inclusion in the system of priorities and practices of productive self-assertion and self-realization. The ability of the individual to construct structural and logical models is determined by the readiness for a qualitative solution of the tasks of socialization and self-realization. The quality of socialization and self-realization problems can be improved by a qualitative use of pedagogical technologies in the structure of vocational training of future PE teachers and continuing education. The innovative component of the phenomenon is in teaching future PE instructors how to solve professional and pedagogical tasks on their own. The constructiveness of the pedagogical process is determined by involving all its integral constituents into the social and educational space with all its cultural and ethical norms, models of self-organization and activities.
